I think you have to apply for all refunds in person. Hopefully you saved your receipt.

I called this out because the reports aren't useful to most of us.

Who is A.P.? What is her advertised name? The only people who will know who "A.P." is are people who have already seen her. Those of us who haven't are clueless about who to avoid. Since your first report about her is in streetwalkers forum, do you have a picture of her?

Both reports are third-party hearsay ("I heard on the street..." etc). This suggests that the reports you're hearing are from her competition. Every girl I've ever known on the street has told me that all of the others on the street are thieves. News flash: they are -- they are not out in the cold, wet night for any reason other than acquiring as much money as they can in as little time possible.
