Quick update, a little further digging found this ad using the same pics, different number (same area code). Seems to be a similar establishment which Brittany is / was a provider at in PA. The grand opening dates here and ad dates from PA don't overlap, could be relocating. Reviews of the place in PA said it's good to go.

Been a while since I've posted however I work in Shelby and I passed this area and seen a sign that said Spa 39. I looked it up and there were some reviews that sounded like it was just a normal massage place. However I seen from the pictures they had online it didn't look like an average massage place. So I took a gamble and checked it out one evening. I go in and for a half hour it was only 50, which did sound bad. The experience was pretty good but the only weird thing was that she got a phone call from what sounded like a guy after she finished the HJ and she spoke English to him and I kept hearing him ask her if she was with a customer. In all she wasn't the prettiest but I've had worse. I might repeat since it's close to my house.
