Who here has traveled abroad? I'm thinking about taking a short vacation to Mexico / central America and I'm curious if anyone has any recommendations. I'm currently looking at Costa Rica as my #1 and maybe Guadalajara as my #2. I'm looking for a relaxed beachy vacation with nice bars and restaurants and the availability of extras either in the club out outside the club. Flights and AirBnB's are very reasonable for August. How about Belize? I'm fairly fluent in Spanish if that helps. I've heard alot about Columbia but going there by myself makes me nervous. I look forward to anyone's input or shared experiences.

Just came back from a business trip down to New Orleans. If you thought prices here were bad, well, not as bad as some places. I decided on a whim to go into Larry Flynt's Hustler Barely Legal on Bourbon Street. Several really attractive women in a kind of small space. They were asking $40 for a single song at the table, $100 for 3 songs, but then the private dances were the heartstopper. They have an upstairs private floor with different themes, and I was quoted a jaw-dropping $2750 for one hour. The girl who was giving me the tour tried repeatedly to negotiate down, and the final offer was $1150 for half an hour. There's just no way.

I've definitely spent my share of time and way too much money in strip clubs so please don't take this the wrong way, but why do you go there regularly? Is the kitchen still as good as the men's' club? Are the dancers, despite the prices, nicer than they used to be? Back when I used to go to strip clubs I can't say the Men's Club was at the top of the list. Granted it was higher up for me than Capital Cabaret and Teasers but even during the week I guess I wasn't close enough to the type the strippers were looking for to really make many inroads.

Again, I'm not trying to be rude, I'm genuinely curious because I'm pushing 40 and frankly don't really see much reason to go to strip clubs around here at this point. Back in the day we at least had diamond girls and the foxy lady where the dancers were a little down market and far more approachable. It seems like now all the clubs are geared towards trying to model places like Vegas, Miami and Atlanta where 90% of the dancers don't care to have a conversation unless you're throwing tons of money or buying tons of dances. Hell I remember a couple of years ago someone dragged me to Capital Caberet for some poker thing they were having and despite us each having about 500 in our pockets and tipping aggressively on stage, not a single dancer spoke to either of us.

I definitely feel where you're coming from. I go a lot of different places as far as nightlife, but Rick's is one place I always end up after a night out because there's a place to sit as opposed to bar hopping / clubbing where you're standing up all night, and you get to see pretty girls nearly nude. I don't think it's some great place, and honestly it's probably more out of habit why I go. I've known and gone out with a fair amount of the girls there over the years.

The menu's still exactly the same as TMC, and the food is good, especially the quesadilla. The dancers are different for sure. Some are more friendly than others. Some are on a mission to make as much money as they can and probably won't give you much conversation unless they think they can get something out of you. Some of them treat that place like a night club where they expect you to request or approach them if you want their attention. A lot of them are lazy and make bad assumptions about the men in there where they end up only screwing themselves over with that mentality. You just have to catch them at the right time. Some are definitely cool though, but like I said if someone's looking for extra, your time money and effort is better served on an escort website.

Imo, I don't believe most of the girls (80%) do extras period, especially the hottest ones in there. In real life, a lot of the girls are one of the 3: lesbian, in a relationship, or only likes black guys. Joe Looking was pretty accurate when saying it's not worth your investment looking for extras in the club. Unless you go there enough to know who does and doesn't do extras, you'd be better off saving your time, money, and effort getting an escort. You could probably get an Eros provider for cheaper than what it would likely cost you to get FS in the club. Someone years ago made a post that resonated with me about how you could literally book a flight and hotel to go to a strip club in Vegas for cheaper than getting an hour room with a dancer.

Most dancers charged $40, but if you pushed it you'd only have to pay $30, but you'd run the risk of being shunned by the other dancers as they all talk to each other about bad customers. Since Rick's has taken over, the club charges dancers higher rates for everything. Their house fees just to work are $90-100, they pay out more for private dances, and they are required to tip the bouncers, valet, and DJ. In return, the dancers get to set their own prices. From what I'm hearing, most of the dancers charge $50 a song, some I know charge $60. I think the private rooms are still the standard price ($200 for 15 minutes, $300 for 30 minutes, $600 for an hour, and they have a "Den" towards the front that's $1000 for an hour). I've done all of those options except the den, and in my experience nothing happens in those rooms that I haven't gotten while doing a regular $40 a song private dance, but YMMV depending on the girl and other factors mentioned below.

It took me a minute to realize who Ocean is. She's a spanish girl. Transplant from Miami, but she was definitely born south of the border somewhere (Brazil would be my guess). She looks good to a lot of guys, but she doesn't do it for me personally. She has fake lips, fake ass, fake boobs, even fake abs, and all of these fake features are over the top excessive. I've done the regular lap dance and it varies from girl to girl. Probably more like 2 1/2 minutes per song and can get fun but expensive for a two way contact dance. Make sure you ask the price per dance beforehand as price seems to vary from $40 to $50 per song. As for Asians was some in the past but I'm not sure about now as I haven't been visiting much lately as the club in my opinion has gone downhill since being sold.

The truth is that aside from really gully strip clubs, strip clubs have never been a good time vs money investment if you're looking for p4 p. The big benefit of them was that you can actually talk to the women and feel good about yourself.
