I can confirm that rose 🌹 is legit and the normal menu is available.

Massage was average at best, if that is what you are looking for this is not the place. I got about 40-45 minutes tops of what was supposed to be an hour. If you are looking for the menu, this is the place but it's certainly not Sasha of old!

Location: north of Carver, east side of the road.

Favorable: New, clean, discrete, parking, prompt, quiet, got pretty much the full hour, she is open but my first time and I was just testing it out looking for a really good massage.

Less than favorable: Quality of massage was below average, clearly someone with little if any training. She had a horrible cold, coughing repeatedly, and had a runny nose. She was wiping her nose with her hand and was massaging without cleaning her hands. I went home and immediately took a shower. It was a bit of a turnoff even for someone only there for the massage.
