Swung by last weekend. Construction still going. Walked out. Not well thought out location. Neighbors have big open windows to parking lot and to front door. Parents are going to be extra watchful. Would their neighbor make potential charges higher? Won't be going back.

Most of my conversations with individuals looking for a spot to rent could care less about the location, neighbors etc. They want to know 1. What's the rent, 2. Is it near an apartment. Build it cheap and fast get that cash flowing, that's their business model and research. There's a world of difference in business culture in the US vs China. In China they just build and bam open for business, to get any spot in China you thank your lucky stars. Here you have nosey neighbors, churches or schools to contend with, maybe a history of massage stores having problems. Business location’s here are plentiful but more complicated. Experienced Chinese are aware of the business culture here but the newbies just pop open a store anywhere thinking it will survive. Ive had several Chinese friends ask me why is it so complicated to open a business in America. I tell them because to open a business you have to go through the PROCESS, FORMS and FEES which is a BUSINESS for the city and state. EVERYBODY wants their cut. Location? Shit they thats the last thing on their mind. NC teaches them some valuable business cultural facts.

It kinda sounds like the same set up that was in Knightdale & VIP with the entrance second door and door bell etc. This is usually for bad guys and LE entry control. They can look at the security camera before allowing entrance. They always advertise open for business before they truly are 100% ready just to get some cash flowing, bills are due. I'm sure the TS will get ready, not all but many Korean stores is cash only will be surprised if they do get a CC machine. Once the cash is flowing then the personnel will appear (or at least get better) takes time. All this is no different than any startup business anybody starts no matter what's being sold, it takes time to iron out the kinks based on foot traffic and reviews. If they are successful they will attract talented employees. The attention must be well managed to protect their progress or they will suffer Knightdales demise, just sayin

Went over after dinner Sunday. External door leads to a small foyer with another door and a doorbell. Rang and an asian (I would guess Korean, but I am terrible identifying between Chinese and Korean) 40+ year old woman with an attractive figure and too much makeup came and showed me in.

Credit card machine not setup yet, so I paid the $80 for an hour cash. The slightly higher price was justified I thought since the ad states 'Free Table Shower'. Well, guess what else is not working. Right, the table shower room is not finished.

Face down on the table, used scentless lotion for the massage. She had no idea what to do. Repeated the same thing 3 or 4 times on each area. Nothing really therapeutic about it. But relaxing. After a bit the hot towel on the back and once she s dried me off she did some long light strokes on my back eventually leading to some massage of my 'taint. After about 3 minutes of such 'You want to turn over.

I noticed upon turning over that only 25 or so minutes had past. She went right to the happy zone and after a bit of play to get him fully awake, started a decent HJ with lotion. I wouldn't let the first few visits or reports give an accurate picture of what they are or will be. They will be cautious until they feel comfortable with familiar faces. They will be testing us as much we will be testing them. I think after a week or so they will show their true colors. Legit, Standard, VIP. Who knows they may go for the gold and get right to it no matter who walks in. Either way they better play it smart, hope they last.

Last week I scheduled an appointment with a client and after I Googled the address low and behold it was the same location where the old Rose Spa in Durham was located. The one off the service road. Looking at the street view and zooming in there was my car parked in front of the door. Note to self. Park further away from where you play.

That would be bazaar having a meeting in a room that you had a HE in. To add to the bazaar, a few years ago I'm in the Grand Asian Market in Cary with my girlfriend on a Sunday when the girls at the stores have the time to shop. Holy Fucking Shit she was one of my regulars in rotation, heart pounding sweating like Courtney Love in rehab I haul ass out the back door. She did not take the job because the monthly potential was not enough. In reality I think she and my girlfriend discussed what could and couldn't be done in the store (and I know what this tight thing would do for $100) Burning the candle at both ends can be stressful or at least indicating it's time to re-evaluate and take a break. I'm definitely pacing myself these days.

The "Facebook" place I found just now is in Wake Forest Area. The Craigs List Ad shows quite a bit different part of Raleigh that is not close to Wake Forest.

Suspect they are not related.

I do not think they are the same, but if the Raleigh woman will wash my car, clean my house, do my shopping, walk my dog, clip my toe nails along with the therapeutic massage then I might consider her for her fee of $250. The Wake-forest women is only 20% overpriced.

So if she walks my dog along with the massage then she is in.

I went here the first month they opened with varied results. My recent experience for the 2 providers that I've seen there is, it's not bad at all. The place is nice, clean and comfortable with relaxing music. Always wondered why they went to the expense of building a really nice store but made the tables from Home Depot lumber, but the carpenter built some decent tables they aren't that bad. The cost of lumber is not cheap another $50 could have gotten a nice legit table. The price is nice $60 for one hour. The 2 providers I've had gave excellent massages (only). They can dig in and do deep tissue if desired and hot stones are standard. All in all 60 bucks for a really good "massage" - if that's what you need check them out.

Noticed a Massage Store down by Macy's today, I couldn't stop to investigate the prices or how the staff looked etc. Because I was with a family member. I personally have never had any type of HE in a mall store except for once in Myrtle Beach. Just saying I noticed this place today.
