I don't know about video but for audio in NC anyone can record a conversation as long as the person recording is a part of that conversation. So the owner of a business couldn't record you and some Asian massage worker unless they were in the room with you. I mean they could do it but it would not be legal to use for prosecution in a court of law. I don't know about video. But I have heard some LEO's say that you could be videoed but no audio on the video would be allowed unless meet said requirements above. So if you're in a room handing a girl some cash then she blows you that's obvious, no audio required.

And I'm not telling you mongers what to do, but if I were in that room and I saw a camera in my room I would leave. Go online and look at all the spy cameras for sale, some are in form of alarm clocks, fire alarms overhead, door coat hangers etc. If I saw any of that stuff around in my room. Leave.

I'm not a lawyer but I'm pretty sure that a business can have cameras without informing customers and I'm guessing that the owner and not the person with the lease has the ability to install security devices. If I understand correctly the police got a warrant to place the cameras so it was nice and legal. Regarding entrapment, putting a camera up and catching people breaking a law is not entrapment. If they would have put in a decoy and essentially asked the guys if they wanted to pay for a HJ then that would be entrapment.

Again I'm not a lawyer but the act of solicitation is a pretty clear thing. Setting up an appointment with someone who advertises as an escort / prostitute is soliciting. Asking if a girl does GFE and how much it is is soliciting. Buying a hooker's time in a whorehouse is soliciting. Asking the lady at the country which of the girls will do a happy ending is solicitation. Putting a massage chicks hand on your dick is not solicitation. Letting a massage chick give you an unprompted hand job and then giving a tip is not soliciting nor is it definitevley pay for the sex act (even workers at massage envy accept tips) so tipping can be seen as customary regardless and an argument can be made that she wasn't asked to do it but there's no law saying you can't let an adult perform a sex act on you if there's no transaction involved..

Seems to me if the owner has this space for lease and is operating a "business" and LE secretly comes in as a customer and plants a camera there. Is that Entrapment? As far as any State or City goes there is usually a surge in cracking down on AMP's just about everywhere then over several months or a year or so they slowly come back due to the demand. There are so many AMP's in Orlando I like to went broke when I was there, many would put VIP here to shame, The locals and revolving tourist keep them packed. The local LE once in a blue moon pops one but other than that it's business as usual as long as there's no violence. But this Jupiter thing is getting eyeballs nationally because of the rich dude but it sure sounds like entrapment to this country boy. Maybe they used the suspicion of human trafficking to legally plant the cameras I just don't know the laws that well, When they said passing the bar exam, I thought they meant THE BAR.

Again not a lawyer but as long as you're not caught clearly requesting her to do a sexual act got monry or agreeing to pay her a set amount for a sexual act she mentioned then you're probably good. You may get arrested but they can't prove solicitation. The truth is that we all know from this board that around 40 is the standard tip. We also know that if a chick does prostate massages then she'll just do it or you can direct her hand. What I'm saying is that there's no need to discuss money and if she brings up money you should probably just play it safe and go home to beat off.

There was some discussion recently about "Apple" at Asia Remedy. I asked April directly, and she confirmed that she is "Apple. " Apparently, a client had some difficulty understanding / pronouncing "April".

Visit to Asia Remedy. Phoned ahead and booked April. Another very good session. Her massage (for those who care) is a little eccentric. Well you guy's spoke and Masam listened. New face but not new to the area. I have seen her before but as many times and places I've been I can not put which place. Anyway 40's, cute, longer darker straight hair, and as most of you will be happy that she is very petite. She is very fun and is very sweet. Menu similar but did not offer bbbj. I don't recall exactly when I last went to 0010 but it was one of the top massages I've had while travelling. I see that Koko has been reported as being rushed and I image hit or miss just like every other place across the country, long gone are the days of consistency. My experience at 0010 was positive enough I'd consider going back in a heartbeat and may have to time it just right to visit 0010 and 0029 as they are virtually neighbors. I am a connoisseur of outstanding table showers, if you have a favorite please share and I'll be sure offer back my opinion. PM is fine, but I will make a public review and will respect your privacy.

Never understood the rushed service comment on 0010. That said, I have only visited 6 or 7 times over the last few years. Nothing enticing enough except on tall lady who was not there on my next visit. Apple is my go to, yucca may be up and come. Looking forward to try 0056.

Is this place new? I drive out of my way just to try this place out. Walked in and mamasan said there was a 30 min wait plus her looked just gave me a bad vibe. So I jetted but I'm curious if this place just popped up recently.

Yes it is new. Only been open a couple of weeks. It has potential. Some of the ladies from Rainbow in Knightdale are there.
