If we are talking about the same lady, starts with "T" not the old masam from the old Rose but T is fairly attractive. She is not chubby or have a big gut nor is she 60 something. Hopefully you are referring to her. IMHO she is mid 40 around 140 lb white smooth skin. I can confirm with all the others for #18 currently: .8 house fee and $.4 for the tip for full menu. Was a time way back when where. 8 house and $.2 tip got the same, from about 2006 to 2012. All in all, a pretty consistent rate for very consistent service. Be safe out there.
