I agree with a lot of the above. Have never met the lady referred to but I can tell you that a client's hygiene, attitude, manners, etc can make a huge difference with most providers. For all the mongers who can't seem to figure this one out let me advise because this is fairly simple. If you introduce yourself as mister chintzy then you're going to get treated like mister chintzy (black, white, or indifferent your race doesn't matter). If you're seeing a new girl and opt for a 15 min QV, then the girl will go into the date with a certain type of mindset which is to get you off quickly and then keep it moving. If you're new to a girl and pushing her to meet for a QV when she's not immediately available, then there is a good chance you may have to wait, or worse get ghosted because, don't kid yourself, your $80 really isn't that important.
