Every time I call her she answers and then when I say anything she hangs up.

This link doesn't seem to function anymore, so I haven't seen this posting or interacted with this specific provider.

But have had the exact same thing happen in the past, in similar scenario, eventually to learn that was because provider only spoke Spanish, with policy of immediately hanging up if spoken to in English on phone.
