Several factors, but mostly relating to wanting to be accurate. I usually link an ad, and the rates are most often in the ad, so someone interested in her will look at the ad I assume. If the provider doesn't have rates in her ad, then I consider it possible the rate could change and what I post could be wrong. And there is one case where someone is giving me a rate below what is in her ad (for historical reasons she is grandfathering me), so obviously it is not appropriate to post that rate. Even when people put rates in their postings, I always check with the provider anyhow to be sure I have a correct rate for when I go to see her. I tell you what, I wish I had known about this site BEFORE I visited her.
