Based on Sammy's vouch and wanting to hobby today, I saw her. (Also texted with Kimberlee but opted for the first.).

As mentioned the area is in a very rundown neighborhood near Raeford and Skibo consisting of dilapidated wooden duplexes. That said it appears quiet.
