You have to scroll down where it says manage attachments, then click on there it says to upload files. There are size limits too. There should be a link somewhere on this site that explains it.

Spent all morning trying to get a hold of her, she took forever to respond eaxh time. Waited in my car at the location for 20 minutes then no response, so I went to work to do a few jobs.
