Seems nice, very responsive by text. However, when arriving I see uncle LEO out in front so I keep driving. I text once to see if she is okay and hear nothing. She posts later so LEO must have been there for something else and so I get curious. A little research shows that there are at least two offenders living there so I would expect LEO to show up every now and then. Not my idea of a safe location.
