Hi all! Been a long time since I retired from the SW mongering. But I still drive through the electric city stroll on my commute.

What made me quit was a couple of close calls and one really really close call that was basically being caught, and a flip of the coin for uncle LEO and he must have been having a pleasant day because he let us go.

Because I commute through, I still get to see the new girls, the old girls (literally LOL), and the sad decline of STG girls turning to street walking. And because I'm not focused on picking up any girls, I'm more tuned in to the LEO activity than before.

This week there was a huge increase in LEO activity in the Schenectady stroll areas. County, state, and city. Typical unmarked vehicles, but what was unnerving was a very beat up piece of shit car being used as an unmarked. Had they not been pulling up to assist another LEO I would have never guessed. Electric tape covering a hole in the brake lights, muffler sounding like shit. The whole 9 yards. It Reinforced my decision to stick to established escorts. If you are going to hit Schenectady, I'd wait a week or two. It had that "task force" feel to it.

The experienced folks here know the drill, but I see a lot of newbies here asking about where the strolls are, how to recognize a walker etc. So, a word of advice to newbies.

Do not pick up a SW on your first stroll through a new area. Learn who they are, where they go, and if you see one getting picked up take note. If the pickup was visible from a well travelled road and you saw it, it's not a great pickup spot. Give the look, slow down and go around a corner. Let them come to you. It's just better odds. And try to leave the city you are in before engaging in activities. Make sure you aren't followed (I used 890 to a location in Rotterdam for a safe exit - time and space to look for followers etc). Have the expected amount of cash in your pocket, and a small amount extra in a different pocket for any negotiation if needed. The rest should be stashed elsewhere to avoid theft. If you notice LEO behind you, start exchanging real names and get your story in order (such as “she used to be a cleaner where I work, so I'm buying her a meal” or something like that). Go in with a game plan for a worse case scenario and it might save your ass. But lastly - Do not get tunnel vision when you see a girl!!! Note the surroundings. People in parked cars, traffic in general. Etc. You would be fucking amazed on how many people get caught picking up a SW right in front of a fully marked LEO.

You're not going to find the street lined with supermodels waiting to blow you for 25 bucks, if that's what you were expecting.

You found the same thing that the rest of us find most of the time. Occasionally you'll come across a gem that is worth picking up and get some favors for a cheap price.
