I understand warning the community of this Brittany from Gloversville. Help me understand how after being ripped off, or reports being read about her ripping someone off by very reliable members. WHY. Would anyone consider trying to see her or waste anymore time talking about her.

I got bait and switched by Fairy Princess. She promised GFE that she didn't deliver on. I got my hour and just not what agreed upon. But would never return. Review with a no and on to better pastures.

Besides, Hobbyist is far more forgiving and way more of a humanist than I. His compassion for people might make all the difference in giving her a 3rd swing. I'm too cynical.

I guess there can be a very rare instance where even a 2nd swing might be ok, but if someone lies, steals, and manipulates you, why do you think they will suddenly become honest, particularly to you, a stranger? Take the loss on your tax return (jk for those who take things too literally) and move on imo.

I believe everyone deserves another chance so I contacted Brittany today and asked her if she was willing to make things right and she refused. Not surprised at all. Once a thief, always a thief.

She texted me this evening saying she had a very bad day. I asked her why and she said her bf kicked her and her little ones out and she has to leave in the morning. She said she was going to stay at her sister's house. She said she needed money really bad for food and would do a car date for BBBJ for 40. I foolishly agreed because I felt sorry for her and her kids. I picked her up at 7:45 after driving an hour and 20 minutes (there are no providers in Oneonta, where I live). Plus she assumed I was one of the ones last night that harassed her since 2 of them had the same area code (607) as I do. Isn't that the most assinine assumption you have ever heard? Anyway she got in my car and let me play with her tit under her jacket. Then she insisted on the 40 and I really didn't want to have wasted the trip so foolishly I gave it to her. Then she asked if we could stop at her sister's house and I immediately knew what she was going to do. She insisted she would never do that to anyone and I believed her. We got to her sister's and she got out and went and talked to her sister behind the car parked in front of mine. Then the sister got in the front seat of the car and she got in the backseat. She texted me she will be only a minute. Then an old guy came out of the house and got in the driver's seat and after about a minute they all drove away. I texted her asking what was going on and she texted me back that they had to go to her sister's bf's house and that he was an asshole and they would be right back in 2 minutes and for me to park on the corner. That was the last I heard from her. I waited 20 minutes and still no text from her so I headed home. When I got home I checked skipthegames and saw a new ad with her pic with the subject line of "watch out for this scum". I thought she was talking about me but turns out another guy posted it that she ripped him off too.

I am glad it was only 40 that I lost as well as the gas and almost 4 1/1 hours of my life I will never get back. Lesson learned though. The hard way.

Just couple of situations encountered today figure share as cautionary tale.

One was fairly standard scam, the other a little different.

Actually answered ad for Nancy on that adultsearch site. End up texting with girl, she sends me to website that some of the higher end girls use to get more details. Pics naturally are gorgeous, but $ ridiculously low something like 1.0 for hour. It did state rates would double soon, just trying to get new customers-nice touch. Has a YouTube video embedded that says wants $25 deposit. So, went back to texting. I know I dealing with a human as I call her on deposit saying I won't do that with unknown girl. She claims it for $25 cam show to make sure I not LE LOL. A little more debating, and then start getting more texts with step by step instrux on how to get into cam show. Figure that likely a bot and just blocked the number.

Second one more serious. Start texting with drop dead gorgeous hot babe from a SD site. We do a little of the normal chitchat, conversation quickly turns to meeting up. So I figure probably a pro or semipro which is fine. However, I take lead in asking for roughly what she looking for, and she declines to tell me saying talk about when we meet. Red flag there, usually it the girl pressing me for allowance amt and me trying to put it off until I meet the girl. Talk some more, establish can use her place extra room in apt and roommate won't mind and also dodged allowance question again. Skip ahead and I said want to meet for coffee first for both our safety sake and then go to her apt. She doesn't want to do this (she even says I don't want to make choice I will regret later),* and then I suggested a specific Starbucks in the town she previously said she lives in. Radio silence. So, upshot was I was talking to god knows who, and very likely if I went directly to whatever address I given for her apartment, would have met couple of guys with knives or whatever.

Not posting this to pat myself on back (I posted before on how I got ripped off recently) but just as cautionary tale, particularly for newbies. Anything that looks TGTBT and starts to smell fishy, best to think with the big head.

Those WERE the good old days, for certain. I can remember them well. And while they still exist in other markets, I haven't seen the like of it since in this area.

What I liked best about it was that it was Equal Opportunity. As long as you had the money to pay, you were good to go! It didn't matter how long you had been hobbying. You didn't have to be part of a "clique" or a member of some exclusive "club" to get services. Your money was just as good as the next man's money. And you didn't have to "know somebody" to gain access to them! Her "friends" didn't have to get you a referral or act as a go between or reference-your MONEY did that! They didn't pit mongers against one another, or engage us in their personal bullshit! And no appearance of back stabbing or cut throating by fellow hobbyists or competing escorts was evident. No rampant chemical issues, pimps, etc. Not like today.

It was FAIR! And, for the most part, SAFE! Pay to play in its truest form! Without all the bullshit present nowadays.

Personal experience:

As an older guy, I remember a time (before the internet) when women looking for SD's were billing themselves as "escorts", professionally employed in their given line of work who engaged in SD activities to supplement their income-not to feed their chemical habit. Their ads could be found in the phone book or listed in lifestyle sections of certain local newspapers-depending on where you lived. Sometime booked through an agency.

These woman carried themselves with dignity, class and style, acted as arm candy that you'd be proud to take with you out in public to social events and gatherings. I did-frequently. And if anyone asked her what she did for a living, she had a JOB she could talk about. Most were educated beyond the GED stage (College grads) well informed on world events and could hold their own in any type of discussion. She didn't embarrass you!

Of course, they commanded ridiculous amounts of money for their time, dates required several days advance notice and were not typically available right away when the need came for an itch to be scratched.
When she met up with you, she was always clean, looked and smelled fresh, was dressed to kill and ready for any type of social event. You could take her anywhere, without shame, and she made YOU look good doing it.

When she was available for intimacy that itch was scratched eagerly and with gusto. Most importantly, these women were SAFE.

IMHO-they were well worth the cost. Nothing available anywhere nowadays is on par with this type of arrangement. Those days are long gone. Today, we are left scraping the bottom of the barrel.

So, hopefully, you guys will forgive me if I appear a little skeptical about SOME of these raving "reviews" where certain gamers appear from my perspective to have a vested interest and personal stake in their over the top promotions, bill boarding and white knighting of certain hookers. Those are the reviews I take with a grain of salt. Not all-just some. I'm inclined, Tomb8871, to believe that the average mongers experiences are more like the one YOU recently experienced!
