On multiple nights last week I saw a WSW? Who looked around 20 yo, brown hair tied back & looked like she was from the suburbs, I immediately thought about a possible sting. One night there was a crime scene taped off on the corner of Brandywine & Albany street with about 6 cop cars and she was hanging out right around the corner on Backus looking a little too comfortable.
