They haggle first, then ask you to pay before they do the extra. Because of the language problem, you actually do not know what they are going to do and what you can do.

Went this afternoon. There were two women of similar younger than typical age (still probably 30). The spa seem ls to still be building: there are now track doors like Tao in addition to the curtains. Same as the other reports, no english.
