I drove by and the only open sign I saw was inside the bodega on the corner. Am I looking at the right place? That place says 309 but ad says 315 then the next building is 321. Lost.

Drove by again and the telltale sign with OPEN surrounded by red and blue dots is now on one of the suites at the address. Didn't have time to go in and reconnoiter. Hopefully soon.
