Actually it depends on views vs flags. If 5 or 10 flag a post that's been viewed 1000 times it won't be taken down. There's a ratio, I don't know what it is, but that's generally how post flagging works on any sort of message board style site.

I thought I understood what was happening, but then why do ads stay up in adjoining areas? Did they changed the algorithm just for Albany?

The issue with CL posting isn't flagging right now. They changed their moderation and posting algorithm. You can only have one post per account in the casual encounters section active at one time. So, you can delete the ad and repost a new one throughout the day if you choose. It has cut down on spamming of multiple ads and bot accounts. They also changed their flagging system so some ads are being flagged before they post (specifically happening to one of my accounts).

Damn, I figured the Chipmunk would have been on "vacation" with her uncle somewhere. I haven't seen anyone walking in Troy lately, but I figured that was due to the weather.
