I'd avoid kat she's extremely unstable and crazy. She's been kicked out of multiple houses and even hotel rooms. If you want to deal with that nut go for it but be prepared to deal with the consequences.

Saw that little Kayleigh (now in south jersey) is having a baby and good to see off the streets I guess.
