I also think they were here to pay of debts to some of the host clubs they might have been wrapped up in. Just talking to them they did not do SW in Japan, and this was a way to "save" money. This bill in NY they're working on, only the men get punished, while the workers are not arrested. Punishing the users will stop demand, but that has never worked ever, drugs or sex. Govt is stupid. Because they make a law, that fixes the problem. Govt usually has the opposite effect or their good intentions.
