I tried reaching Jenn for a few days and nothing. She responded to an email today and said she lost the house she was in because of complaints. She was in between places for a while. She is back on Watson right now and is using her gmail address again. The phone is apparently gone for good. Wifi is sketchy there so be patient, but she is back in business.
