I work with over 300 people and only ones I know had covid is one guys parents. But I think it went through in Dec when they didn't know what it was.

Look up pre-conditions. This is my last response to all of you that don't understand the difference between dying with existing, well documented in literature, pre-conditions and the general public. For example, 93% of all deaths are 55 and over, 32% of all deaths have been in nursing homes.

Life is all about risk reward. I'll take my chances with my health and disease statistics, you can hide inside if you want to. If you have a pre-condition you should.

Right. It's kinda a big news flash for people. Life is fragile, and if the Covid doesn't get you, there are plenty of other canidates just waiting to take your life. I think shit is way overblown on this pandemic. I think America is having a mental breakdown. There are no true facts about who has this virus. Period. Testing is shit, and the hospitals are trying to make $$ on declaring everyone 'Covid' dead with the slightest of symptoms. That means all these numbers people are touting could be better or worse. Could it be really bad? Possibly in densely populated areas. No one is being intelligent about the response though. Their just hiding in the corner till there is a cure? Fuck that. Meanwhile peoples livelihood and business are just tanking. And maybe none of it was worth it to begin with. Maybe the American dream was bullshit all along. Time for China to step up and lead to some new world ChinaKing order BS, and send some more shit viruses are way. We'll just make more Dollar Stores and Walmart. WTF.

But about the strip clubs. I miss them cause some times I just have a good time being around poeple that don't give a F. The fact that it's taking this long for them to open is not a good sign. The weed dispensaries are open, but not the the strip clubs? Please.

Well I went to both, PT's and Scarletts personally I thought PT's was better with girls, but the set up was better at Scarletts, PT's you didn't have to wear a mask but Scarletts made you. Both clubs had NO touching but you could do a private as usual. Scarlett is still very high on privates even the dancers were saying management said no specials. As of Tuesday PT's posted closing do to curfew even though there is NO curfew for Sauget, IL or St. Clair county.

What was the end result? How much time did you spend, how much money did you spend? And what did you actually get?

With the new 'normal', I am trying to decide if the clubs are worth it yet. Does the no touching apply to the private too? Are privates just air dances??

The longer they're closed, the less I miss them.

I was a 3 times a month for years, I don't think I'm going back except for special occasions. Birthday, group decides to go, etc. I easily spent $10 - $15 k a year. It's not to save money, I spend it elsewhere. When they open, all of the fake stripper friends with my number will be texting me how much they miss me, come see me, blah, blah, blah. We all know it's only about them getting money from us, but we still go. I'm done with the scene. Each to his own, there's something unique about the stripper experience that can be fun. I've lost my enthusiasm for it.

Another interesting thing will be how many customers, who've been decimated by jobs and businesses lost, or a significant amount of their net worth lost over the last 3 months, return. If they do, what they spend. I think the strippers are in a rude awakening. They're clueless, they have no idea how money is earned and flows to them. Clubs will also find very tough sledding. It may come back over time, but businesses need liquidity to operate, many don't have the runway to get through it.

I placed a phone call to Dollies to see if they were open. A female manager / bartender answered and said they were still closed. She said Moochies / Blondies across the street was also closed. I asked when they would open and she said "when the governor let's us". How can Scarlett's and PT's be open but the others can not??

Country Rock and Scarlet's are able to open because they can do outdoor seating and the other clubs so far can not. You might remember that Pt's Sports now Country Rock had an outdoor area for "volleyball" those were happy days. So they were able to convert that area to an outdoor patio pretty easy. Scarlett's formerly Hollywood Showclub it seems had an area behind the main building that they have converted to an outdoor seating area. I've not been there yet but it looks pretty nice from the pics on their Facebook page. The other clubs are kinda stuck until phase 4 of Prickster's plan. Even the other Pt clubs don't really have an outdoor area that they can convert and the small clubs are stuck with nothing as well.
