Pandemic rental assistance for past due and I think up to 3 months of future rent is now readily available in Missouri. The main hangup is if the landlord doesn't want to participate in the program but with some perseverance a renter can work around that issue as well. There is literally millions of unallocated funds still available last I heard. The application process isn't real simple but it isn't terribly complex either and there are probably housing assistance groups who will help with it. So, I wouldn't be holding your breath waiting on evictions to "reset" the hobby. I believe in helping those that truly need it. What Covid did to our country was and is devastating. I sympathize for those that have lost their means to support themselves. Mostly, I feel for those that have lost love ones in this horrific pandemic. I lost an uncle and my aunts beginning stages of Alzheimers kicked in 10 fold all due to catching covid. So, bad she couldn't comprehend that her husband of 50 plus years was forever gone. Almost every provider I see or previously have seen me will tell you I am fun to hang out with, polite and generous. I treat people as I would like to be treated. So, to say I'm anxiously waiting for a persons hardship isn't right or fair to say. I can see how reading my post and not knowing me can give you that impression. I am anxiously waiting for our country to move forward. The fact is millions of Americans have taken advantage of the Cares Act. The guidelines they state to be eligible aren't as cut and dry as they might appear. Millions of people that weren't employed did recieve the benefits of the Cares Act. Eviction moratoriums, unemployment with a $600 a week bonus. There are many exceptions to the qualifying guidelines that make you eligible. Are you a parent? Do you have an elderly family member you need to watch over? A Dr. Can authorize you to self quarantine. This is just a few of the exceptions I am using as examples. There are studies that have proven when people become reliant on government funding they start to believe this is owed to them. This doesn't create the hunger desire that has made this country so great! Over coming obstacles and achieving goals is what builds strength and character. Our country has lost its way!

The question remains with millions of people at home collecting unemployment and an additional $2,400. A month why couldn't the majority pay rent? Most of these millions didn't pay rent because they didn't have to. I lived in a loft on Washington Ave. I had neighbors from every walk of life and was friendly with all of them. Having beers with some of them before I moved out even stated how nice it was able to keep all the checks and the extra $2,400. A month and not have to pay rent. They looked at me like I was crazy still paying rent especially because I was moving during the pandemic. The point I'm trying to make is to continue the government free bees to those that don't truly deserve it is hurting them more than helping them. As, eventually when the smoke clears and the checks and moratoriums expire these people will be lost in the dust. As for many girls in the hobby that have upped their donation and provide shitty service because they have more money than they ever had need to see reality for what it is. The bar has risen as to what increases they feel they are entitled to for a much lesser service. So, all I'm stating is when reality sets in the best thing for the hobby is to step back and let nature take its course. As the days of inflated prices and shitty service will correct itself. Our country is seeing inflation that we haven't seen since the 1980"s. Every persons tax dollars are being spent carelessly which is turning our dollar into $. 75. So, not only are we getting taxed we are also taking a pay cut because the government keeps printing money and giving it to millions that don't deserve it.

Our country was / is great because we are free nation. A person can choose to be a lazy ass and just get by or a person can choose to work as hard as they can making the best life possible. Why do you think so many from Mexico and South and Central America are risking their lives to come here? I can be here for hours discussing this and I'm not doing that. In closing I am very in favor of helping those that truly need it. But, its time for this country to release the pause button allowing people to accept reality for what it is and move forward as a country.

However, many people took advantage of this pandemic and received many benefits when they didn't deserve it. Today is the beginning of a long over due Hobby Correction as the eviction moratorium has expired. Once the ridiculously high unemployment handouts stop we will really see a drastic change in favor of us mongers. I imagine some providers will try and request a higher donation? This is when you over paying mongers need to stop rewarding these girls for shitty over priced service. No matter how much they try and tempt you. In fact if you were already over paying you should back track refusing to see these providers at these prices. When the ridiculously high unemployment handouts end the best thing that could happen for everyone in this hobby is for all mongers to refuse to see any providers for a couple weeks after the ridiculously high unemployment handouts end.

If you look at our local news we have people protesting in the city at Tucker and Market. Everyone, there believes the government stole something from them. When the fact is many took advantage of the pandemic. Out of all the people interviewing every single one of these people are able to work. The point I'm trying to make is reality needs to sink in. The only way it truly sinks in is to take a step back and let nature take its course. I understand this will be hard but just a little discipline and sacrifice at the right time will payoff the hobby for years to come. I set up a date to see a girl who hosting at this Motel 6. As always there seems to be some drama when the actual time to meet is arranged. I like to arrive early so I can scout out there area and to find a good place to park so I can observe any activity. She gave me her room number and said she needed 15 minuets. This is very true! I know one girl I've seen off and on for years. I'd have many multiple times a week and even tell her we need to slow down as money doesn't grow on trees.
