90% of the time they'll exaggerate / compliment in the hopes of you returning and tipping more. I usually just half ass the towel and let her decide if she needs it during face down. I always intentionally let it fall off on the flip. If I get a comment I'll just say no trouble from me or whatever and try to read the room. Usually we just go straight into HE but some places are different. One joint by me does the thing where they put their hand into yours and you move it south of the border. Really depends on the provider. Going no cover to start is a great way to sort of send a message that you're not a square.
