This city sucks for this type of stuff. There is no middle ground here; you're either dropping 400+ for a good time or gamble 150-200 for a mediocre-and-possibly-get-robbed time. Looks like SA is the way to go given how active that section is. Luckily I travel for work towards East and able to get away from this place once in a while.
