Set up an appointment with this provider last week. Expected in-call. When I arrived at the location turns out it was a school and she said she could only provide a car date, which is not my thing. My brother deleted his account. Go to the front page and scroll down and on the left side click on "contact us" and explain you want your account deleted. His was gone the next day.
