Not sure about recently, but used to be her upselling, limited menu, wore a glove apparently with some guys for HE, little attitude, and mechanical are what comes to mind. I never found her too off putting, but not like she went above and beyond to make you happy either. Sounds like she has gotten better, but I can't say from personal experience.
