Hey guys- quick question. When you go to see a non-AMP provider I assume that when their hourly rate is, say, $300, that is all inclusive? Or do you tip on top of that? When I go to an AMP and the hourly rate is $60, I know to obviously bring more based on what kind of extras they offer. I just don't want to arrive with exactly $300 and realize that I have to tip for extras on top of that. Just want to be prepared! It occurred to me this morning that I've never actually gone to see an non-AMP provider before so I just want to know how it works. Thanks!
