Was driving down Capital when I saw LE from a distance near the gas station at the bottom of the hill. They were on the side street, as I got closer I never saw a car hit reverse faster in my life. This guy literally hit over 50 in reverse trying to get out of my sight.

As I got to that location I saw a short young blonde in pigtails turn and gave me a big wave. Never been more certain of a set up in my life.
