Another downside is you are at least 20 minutes to another club. The last time I was there I just headed home to saginaw and stopped at Cloud nine in Flint. I heard the place was kicken when it was Leggs back in the 80's and early nineties but I can't confirm it. I just know it was not a good time now and I doubt it will reopen.

I don't think it ever really recovered from when the guy died in the special basement lounge and they neglected to call 911, and subsequently they had a huge stack of cash (like $1 million) confiscated by the police, and then the township mandated pasties. Just never quite the same after that!

Stopped into the Spot to celebrate my birthday. Only one familiar face, Lace, and she was waitressing. John's Hot Spot is more like "John's Cold Spot" or better yet "John's Dead Spot" or maybe even CC's which is short for "Cows & Crackheads". Change the design back to the late 90's before the renovation (upstairs and downstairs) and let the good times roll.

I was in town last night for a while, and thought I'd give the vu a try since nothing else going on and the SW stroll seemed dead. Walked in early, $6 cover with a wrist band access to come and go throughout the night as I please. When I first show up around 6?, only one girl working, Misty. She's tall thin with a lot of loose skin and what looks like a bit of an overbite. Not bad looking girl, but wasn't doing it for me really. She tried to sell a dance but I passed. She left "for the night" and no one, NO ONE danced again for an hour. 1 girl was there, Sophie, but she came over to let me know she wouldn't start dancing for a while. So I left to see if the stroll improved. I pass a couple times through the SW stroll and see Misty from the vu walking. I figure what the heck, and tried to pick up but was not successful on first attempt, then she seemed to vanish. Fast forward to 9 pm or so I go back to the vu.
