Had a bit of time to kill around that area so I decided to see if they were open, I have been here a few times pre-COVID and had good results lucky for me they were so off I went. Drove by new place in Newwburyport recently listed on CityX. Real bad location. Dense business area. Tiny shared parking lot. Busy traffic road. Some residential housing close by as well.
