Actually it's not that they are "already" on that shit, it's that they have been on it all night. Some of them go for days, literally, without getting any sleep. I know it doesn't seem possible but it's true. After shooting up they take a hit of coke, not the drink, and that keeps them awake. This goes on for days. That's one hell of a miserable life, trust me, I know this for a fact, someone very close to me has been living this for years.
