Once again appreciate the replies but at the end of the day I couldn't pull the trigger on her which is a shame because it's a short drive up the street. Never the less I sought out another avenue and decided to give 'Shellie' a go. FWIW, I'm no rookie but often struggle with an opening, not for lack of words but more so of an old school mentality about putting things in print. Especially blindly to an unknown number.
