The question that I have upon rereading his multiple queries is, is he actually inquiring for himself under the guise as being for a "friend"? Why keep asking and asking about this if his "friend" has a good attorney?? Just doesn't make sense to ask here so intensely when the attorney can answer any and all his / friend's questions. Hmm. I don't think his attorney is qualified for this case he doesn't seem to have many good answers, and he really can't afford a good one. A good one priced him $5000 for district court,$15,000 for the superior court paid in full up front, how many of you can cut that check? Its a statute from 2011. Its never been applied like this, its statute 265 section 50 sex trafficing. Just thinking if they succeed at this, who knows how many other DAs will try it maybe someday on one of us. I know him so I am following it, I am in that same area all time. Look up how many cities, and towns fall in the Plymouth county. We are always looking for new female friends and one of us has to be the first, just thinking maybe next time is it going to be the last time, kind of takes the fun out of it when it hits close to home. If you are not interested in how this turns out skip over my post no one is forcing you to read. The AG is the one pushing for this, she has a personal vendetta against sex work. If it was up to her we'd all be in prison, and branded as sex offenders. It's only going to get worse if she becomes governor.

Re-reading this in light of the recent analysis. What was the address he drove to? Would LE conduct a sting at an officer's actual address? Or are they likely to rent an apartment just for this purpose? So, was it a home or hotel? If hotel, then it contradicts the UTR nature of the girl. I'm wondering if there were red flags that were ignored.

Just not enough information here so we are all just guessing! My best guess is they will start out with the highest and best charge possible and then scale it down as needed. If that is the case, it also opens them (the police etc) up to a potential lawsuit! ?

There is no lawsuit there. His actions could be viewed as supporting human trafficking, so the charge is ok. It's supporting trafficking because prostitution dollars are the driver for trafficking. They'll never convict, but the charge stands. It's just to make him plea to a lesser charge.

The PD was skillful. Usually LE does it out of hotel room, which can put us on alert. A house? They never do that, or so I thought.

Making me rethink answering posts. Why does the article say sex trafficking of a person of servitude? Both party's agreed to the transaction will a judge allow an over charge, is that legal to charge a person for something he didn't do. There was no threat or coercion. Trafficing is not what they did?

I used to have quite a bit of luck on CL, in the good ole days.

I recently tried posting a very openly worded ad with only a few responses, mainly guys, not my thing.

I recently got a response from a lady, so they say, from Marshfield. Our conversation didn't talk about specifics BUT she kept asking what I was willing to pay.

Nothing sexual was discussed, she eventually told me she wanted 3.

She wanted me to visit her.

After reading the threads on here, I decided to decline and be safe.

I did have a feeling something wasn't right before I read the threads on here.

He said he answered a craigslist post back in July. He drove to her address and was busted, it was plymouth county, he just told me about it. I thought it was a misdemeanor you get a fine. He 30 yrs old and they told him he is looking at 5 yrs, is that right.He hiried a lawyer out of Boston suppose to be good.

I find this thread of second-hand information useless and interesting at the same time. The last time Plymouth Co ran a sting and publically released it was 10/2021. So in an election year, there is no news of this?1! They use Craigs list?? WTF even looks at Craigs list? The story is odd and disturbing if true. / With all the drugs on the cape, the the decides to spend money and resources going after the low-hanging fruit and not publicize it in an election year?
