There was a post which downtownboy referred to, it listed jenna's of lowell full name, address, phone number and even had a picture of her apartment. They are all taken down, but the poster is persistent.

Street prostitution continues to plague certain neighborhoods in the city of Lowell. If you yourself, a friend or family member uses opioids please be careful, as our Narcotics Detectives, concerned civilians and informants have found that there is some dangerous/deadly mixtures of Heroin/Fentanyl and other drugs being sold in our area. I saw this brunette walking aimlessly throughout Broadway from the liquor store near BnB down to the train yard and circle back through the park on the parallel street. Her name is Nicole with hair just below the shoulders. Her personality is like cardboard and she really wasn't into it. Her face is nice but the service is downright poor. Clearly she does what she has to and bounces for that next hit. A hard pass for next time. Maybe one day Law-town will return to it's past roots where you have candy sprinkled everywhere.
