There actually are guys who will pay that for a car date, just like there are guys who will pay $300, $400, $500, or more for a one hour incall or outcall. A lot of girls will start higher, and then negotiate based on how much and how fast they need money. If they don't budge, then often that means they're getting enough business at their requested rate, so they don't need to negotiate.
