Lots of people of Italian decent in the Greater Boston Area, especially north shore. Personally, growing up with a lot of Italian girls in high school, I just assume it means it's a white girl with some attitude.

Saw this one today, TOFTT. What a waste. She was at least 50 lbs heavier that the pics which I knew would be fake. Had a surly demeanor too. Offered nothing in the way of service.
