The DPIE site shows them with an occupancy permit approved on June 8, 2023. Must not be an inspection issue. Can someone post a picture of the sign on the door? I don't mind poking around county records, but I'm an hour away from Greenbelt.

Unless something has happened since my last visit with Momo on December 18, they are fully operational. Although the undersized water heater means you can catch so ill timed cold water during the TS.
