I made an appointment this past Monday to go to RL in the late afternoon. However when I arrived, the place was closed. And it was also closed on Tuesday. Now I see this.

Thanks for the post. I'll make the obvious comment: Crime is so out of control in Maryland that the leading supermarket had to cut its late hours because of the massive shoplifting.

Yet THIS is what cops focus on. The more things change, the more they stay the same.
