Seems to be a little action in the usual spots. YMMV on what's out there but most definitely not ghost town like Martinsburg.

Out to the store and came across two SW on the corner of Church St and and Prospect diagonally from Dominios. Tall skinny short haired small chested blond in shorts and a small top and a shorter brunette in jeans an t shirt w baseball cap. Both were quite vocal to traffic.

Seriously thought the brunette was going to just get in the car while I was at the light. On the way back no sign of the blonde but the brunette was on the corner of Church and Jonathan and just as outgoing to all passersby. Didn't have time to take a chance, didn't get a good look at the teeth but had some suspicions. Anyone else see them anytime?

Driving around Hagerstown around lunch time today I spotted a blonde walking about a block away. She turned the corner and by the time I got to the corner and turned she was walking with a guy. I drove around some more and about 15 minutes later I saw her several blocks away from previous location walking by herself. I pulled over about 200 ft. In front of her and pretended like I was texting. When she got about 20 feet from the back of my car I tapped the brake lights and as she walked beside the car she waved. I asked her if she needed a ride and she climbed in. I think she said her name is Erin, blond about 5'5" maybe 130 lbs. Guess around 30. Discussed particulars and headed to spot. She is enthusiastic and coherent. Said she is usually prefers daytime over evenings.

You can find something at times BUT there's more LEO lurking. Also Hagerstown like to do street and online stings. Martinsburg is basically the same with basically harassing LEO.
