I have been to all three. Real hit or miss.

I used to be in the hobby around DC 20 years ago and my current situation has me wishing to return. I went to Annie's today off Route as SL was booked with one girl for a few hours and it looked like hell there anyway. I booked a cute enough woman on the phone at Annie's who clearly could not understand much English and small talk was impossible. If nothing else, I wanted a deep massage and she proceeded to give a very soft, nearly worthless, massage. It may have been from not understanding me, poor training or not caring. She got close to my junk, but she made sure it remained covered up when I turned over and when I hinted at maybe more touch she said, "no touching, clearly knowing not to go there.
