Some people will tell you not to talk to the cops and just go on your own way, but I'll wager that's more antagonistic than necessary. Especially if there's uniformed patrol around.

I was naked on a table in Rockville, waiting for my masseuse to start when there was a commotion in one of the other rooms. Five minutes later I'm being told to get dressed and walked out. The big time guy who used to run all these busts got me in his truck and was asking questions. All I did was offer the truth.
