I can tell this and is probably fake, if the ad looks like a foreign person wrote it and the girl doesn't look foreign, it's likely a fake. I also recommend not mentioning any specific sex acts when texting the person. If it is LE they could use that against you, so I would save the sex talk until you meet in person (they usually do a LE check by having you grab their tits and they'll grab your junk.
