If you like looking the girls over before settling on one, the clubs can make that easier. It will likely be more expensive, at least the first couple of times, than an escort or other provider, but for me, the advantage of "try before you buy" more than makes up for that. You're *not* going to get off cheap, though, unless you can work up an OTC thing straight out of the gate. Pretty much forget that if you're not known at the club, though.

As for cameras, there are a few clubs with cameras, but it's not common, IME. At least not at the good clubs.

Since I know that there is usually video surviellance, even in the VIP areas, I don't really want to go unless it is just for fun hanging out with friends.

Stopped in the BU Wednesday night about 11:00. There were more dancers than customers. I guess they are getting ready for the Derby weekend. Had one dance with Hope. Once again, I fell for the old "I give a great dance, you won't be sorry" story. Of course, I was sorry. I had several invitations to the VIP room, but they were all talking about a $100 tip on top of the $140 dance. For that kind of money I can do better outside the club.

If you like a crowded and noisy club, go Friday night after Oaks. It should be hopping.

After all that I went and hung out by the bar talking with the bouncers and the bartenders and the supervisor and they could tell that I am just there to have fun and at that point a VIP dance would've been available for me if I wanted it but I had already spent a lot of money plus I was tired and it was time to drive back home (3hrs) so I passed and I said that if I make it back there I will definitely go for it! Even withouth the VIP I really had a good time, I wish they would have such stripclubs in the Nashville area but unfortunately Nashville stripclubs suck [everybody who lives in Nashville can testify to that]. If I can give an advice for those who want to try out this place and the VIP section, I would suggest to go and hang out by the bar, make small talk with the bartender and also talk to the supervisor (and short stocky short haired black girl) and once they'll see that you are no cop and you are only there to have some fun you'll have a green light for the VIP.

My personal choice is PTs downtown. The woman are very attractive, but it does come with the limitations imposed by the local ordinance. If you want to enjoy a good meal with conversation while watching the dancers, try Godfathers. Those are the only places that I would recommend to someone coming in from out of town.

Lexington is a little drive away, but there is some clubs there with plenty of fun and take out if you like.

Don't get too excited; LOL. No connection to the Pussycat A GO GO.

It's on Poplar Level, one of the old Thoroughbred clubs; the one further south that served alcohol. They remodeled the place a little, but it's the same owners, same metered drinks, same deal all the way around. All the old Tbreds are open again, different names, same owner; except the one farthest south on Dixie run by a former dancer. Can't remember the name right now.

I haven't stopped in Pussycat for awhile, but I thought there was still fun to be had there.
