Saw this on Wave 3 news today. Apparent shooting last night at Pussycat on Poplar Level. Doesn't say anything about injuries.

I haven't been there in a long time, but whenever I drive by on the weekends the parking lot is packed.

Since they don't say that it was at or in the club, it's likely just near it and the use of the pic of the club is just your typical yellow journalism.

I was in Foxy Lady's Friday night and one of the dancers told me it was her first night. She had been working in Trixies until they came and told them they were closing. Apparently nobody knew anything about this until the last day.

I hate to see this because I've always enjoyed strip clubs, but personally I think Trixies did this to themselves. The last several years nobody knew if they were a strip club or a concert hall or what. If they were a little more clear about what they were then their business may have been a lot better.

The guy who ran Trixies ran it into the ground. Didn't run it anywhere as well as his father did. The son likes to blame the change in strip club laws a few years ago but then why are Foxy, Blue D, PTs, Godfathers, etc. Still doing OK?

THIS POST WAS FOR STREETWALKERS. Johnconnordays you may be right about the cold. As there may as well be less guys out looking case in point. Last Thursday night is was very cold out in the mid 20 with a wind chill in the teens. I went to a jam session on my way back didn't really see nothing out. In till I got to 3th st seen angela knew who she was by her glasses. Turn back around did the pick up I ask her what her name is she tells me it angela. She tell me glad you pick me up cause my boots are coming apart which they look to be dry rotted. She tells me she been out for about 4 hours and haven't made a dime. I told her that hard to believe then she tells me just one guy pick her up wanted FS for. 20 but had. 100 on him and couldn't find no where get it busted. They stop at a lot of place's and couldn't find no one to do it. She kept telling him to go to Kroger to do it in which he did only after a long time of driving around. He come back tells her that they wouldn't do it. She doesn't believe him told the guy I seen the women give you the money. They were arguing about it for a time and she goes in to Kroger to ask the women about it as the guy in the car drive off. So she in my vehicle now with her boots coming apart she cold as hell I tell her I had her number as a friend gave it to me. Why didn't you just call me told her I wasn't really out looking Told her I seen you and thought I would pick you up. Ask me what I'm looking for I tell her FS she tells I get. 50 to. 60 for that. I tell her that not going to happen told her what I would do she tells me that good. I ask if she had a place to go not at night but she got one in the day. There was no way I was going where she wanted to go do it at. I suggested a motel but she wasn't going to do it for that price. Which I can understand that I would have pay more but with it being late and very cold out. I tell her I just wait and catch you sometime in the day. She then tell me her night of being drove around all night just came to an end pull over and let me out. It was about 8 are 9 block from where I pick her up at as she get out she tells I'm the worst one yet as in the friends of the guy that gave me her number. I hope she will see me again she did look very nice. Sara text me told me she had a very good time the other night and wanted to do it again sometime. Which we will think she really like me kissing her neck and ears as she got very hot and very emotional. Look for her out as she text me and gave me very good offer last night but was already out with another girl out on the town.
