Glad to see two new places, the pony and pink rose, open up after we have been losing them for a bit. I'll see if I can hit up at least one of them if not both next week and report back.

It's good that they are opening before Derby. They should have plenty of business. The last time I drove by it looked like there was still a lot of work to do. I guess they met their deadline.

I'm going to try to get over there sometime this weekend some time. Hopefully there will be some dancers there. So far, I've only seen three actual names on their IG, but who knows how indicative that is.

Anyone try out the new club on 7th Street where Blue Diamond was? I was inside, because I thought they were open, but they weren't, but there was no girls or anything. Inside looks pretty nice; much bigger than Blue Diamond was. They went up, and expanded out the back as well.

The IG says they're opening tonight, but I can't make it.

I'm from up North (just a little. Near Cincinnati). I'll be visiting L'ville in mid April. I usually go to a few strip clubs (I'm comfortable with mixed clubs but I'm not really that comfortable with all black clubs). In the past (but not the recent past) I've had some luck with OTC, but not recently (the last time I was there was October I think but no OTC was available). I'm just wondering what's going on with L'ville these days. Is OTC still available? Are there certain clubs where OTC is more likely? You can PM me if you think that would be a better way to let me know.

It was a Cuban night club / restaurant called Habana Blues that a actually had pretty decent food and live music. Guess that business model didn't cut it. Surprised they just didn't pull a Deja Vu and torch the place to collect on insurance.

I was on their web site a couple days ago. Looks like they are going to keep Habana Blues and do a Lounge side Dance side like Trixie's used to do.

From their IG and a couple of comments from a couple dancers I know. They are going the "upscale" route, and it looks like they are going to have, at least at first, mostly Cuban and AA dancers.

Most of the old Thorobred clubs are closed now. Thorobred itself on 7th is still open, and so is Pussycat Lounge on Poplar Level.

Allegedly Harry's daughter, who currently runs T'bred and PCL, is reopening a couple of the ones down Dixie towards Knox, but I am not sure which ones, or when.

I don't know but the old river girls club looks like it being fix up the last time I when down that way.

According to a couple of dancers I follow, it's back open. Either the damage wasn't that severe, or they are able to close off the damaged parts without a reduction in service.
