I confess I've never tried morning hours but I have cruised many times in the early and late afternoon hrs and never see anyone that resembles a SW. There's just no one doing this consistently in Richmond this summer. One monger has had some luck weeks ago but I never see anyone walking.

The stroll location you asked for is E. Main St off of Big Hill Ave. From there cruise past the cigarette store past the graveyard and by a couple of bars beyond the cemetery. Been down there twice since mid August, no sign of anyone. Looks like it dried up again. Did see redhead in another location chatting up 2 guys in a car, last week.
