And that was the end of my cruise. Des Moines street action sucks.

The streetwalker scene in DM, in a word, sucks. There are a half dozen walkers total, so it is a matter of catching right place and time. All activity is within several blocks of 6th and University, QT and MCD, and parking lots and streets surrounding. There is one pretty good looking BSW in her mid twenties, the rest go downhill with age and street use. COVID has cramped everyone's style. Contrary to an earlier post and thread, the 42nd and University Uptown Shopping area is not a SW stroll! There are boutique stores and bus traffic but no mongering activity. None of these girls can keep phones. They would rather spend $40 on candy than keeping a phone that would make them hundreds in outcalls. SW don't think or understand economics.

I'm sorry to tell you DSM does not have the SW like before. Certain neighborhoods are being gentrified and SW activity is gone for the most part. You'd be better to find them online. This is how they get down here in the 515.

Read in old reports of a 6th Ave. Stroll. I am new to DS and had a temp work schedule change had me out a 4 am this morning. I drove a short distance on 6th Ave. (Clark St to University Ave.) Just North of I235 and to my surprise I did see a BSW out. She was heavy set and not attractive. I had no interest in stopping just very surprised DM had even the possibility of this type of action. Might have to check it out more extensively at a later date.
