Quite possibly true, Biker. I am certain that moving it from 4 to 6 has not been an incentive.

I went there yesterday and asked for an hour. There only seemed to be one person working and she said she could only do 30 minutes (wasn't really clear why). I told them I'd maybe try back another time. The lady was 40's or 50's and pretty CR standard.
